1. Acceptance of the terms
By purchasing or using a subscription from IPTV Ireland ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The service
We provide access to an IPTV service delivered over the internet. Channel availability, quality and content may change over time and can depend on your device and internet connection.
3. Account & connections
- Each subscription includes one active connection unless agreed otherwise.
- Login details are personal. Sharing or reselling them is not allowed and may lead to suspension without refund.
- You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
4. Payment & duration
Subscriptions are prepaid for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. There is no automatic renewal: to continue, you renew through our support. Prices may change for future purchases but never during an active period.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use the service for personal, private viewing only, and to comply with the laws applicable in your country. Public screening or commercial use is not permitted.
6. Availability
We work hard to keep the service stable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, network issues or events outside our control may cause temporary interruptions.
7. Refunds
Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.
8. Suspension
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these terms, for example in case of account sharing, resale or fraudulent payment.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription period.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The latest version is always published on this page with the "last updated" date.
