IPTV Ireland ("we", "us") is the data controller for the personal data collected through this website and our WhatsApp support. Contact: support@sportstalk.ie.
2. Data we collect
- Contact data: your WhatsApp number, name and any information you send us in chat.
- Order data: the plan you buy, payment reference and subscription dates. Card details are processed by our payment providers, not stored by us.
- Technical data: device type and app used, when you ask for setup help.
- Website data: basic analytics and cookies (see section 7).
3. Why we use your data
- To provide your trial and subscription (performance of a contract).
- To answer your support requests (performance of a contract / legitimate interest).
- To prevent fraud and account sharing (legitimate interest).
- To meet accounting and legal obligations (legal obligation).
- To send offers, only if you agreed (consent — you can opt out at any time).
4. How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as your subscription is active and up to 24 months after it ends, except where the law requires longer (e.g. accounting records).
5. Who we share it with
Only with service providers needed to run the service: payment providers, WhatsApp (Meta) for messaging, hosting and analytics providers. We never sell your data.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you can access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, and object to its use. Contact us at support@sportstalk.ie. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland (dataprotection.ie).

Our website uses essential cookies and, with your consent, analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can change your choice at any time in the cookie banner.
